Fujitsu has started offering a new LifeBook mobile device in the US via its online shop, the Fujitsu LifeBook T901. The convertible tablet is based on Intel’s Huron River platform and comes in two model options – active digitizer (pen input), and dual digitizer (pen input and capacitive multi-touch screen). The Fujitsu LifeBook T901 tablet PC has brings a 13.3-inch WXGA LED-backlit touchscreen display, spill-resistant keyboard, an anti-microbial, and a 6-cell 5800 mAh battery.
New LifeBook T901 convertible tablet is powered by a 2.5GHz Intel Core i5-2520M vPro processor with Turbo Boost Technology, 2GB of DDR3 SDRAM, Intel HD 3000 graphics, and a 250GB hard drive with backed by Fujitsu Shock Sensor.
There are a DVD writer, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, a webcam, a Smart Card slot, and a fingerprint sensor. It is pre-loaded with Windows 7 Professional 32bit and Office Starter 2010. The Fujitsu LifeBook T901 with dual digitizer model is starts price of $1,999 while pen input model is $1,899.
