The Sony VAIO YB laptop review, specs, price, release date

Sony has announced a new VAIO Y Series of notebook namely The VAIO YB laptop. Sony VAIO YB laptops is thin and lightweight notebook with weigh just 3.2 pounds. The VAIO YB is based on new AMD Fusion E series APU processor and designed to deliver enough power to handle the basic tasks of most users and easy to handle to classes all day or for use by heavy travelers.

Sony VAIO YB notebooks is powered by AMD dual-core E-350 APU, 11.6-inch LED display with (1366 x 768 pixels) can delivers fast performance and picture-perfect HD video playback, AMD Mobility Radeon HD 6310 graphics, 4 GB DDR3 RAM, 500 GB SATA Hard Drive, matte black full-size chiclet keyboard, a webcam and microphone, and runs on Windows 7 Professional 64bit.
Other specifiations of VAIO YB notebooks includes Atheros 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR,  3 USB ports, VGA port, Sony’s Vaio Care software and HDMI port for outputting to HDTV. Dimensions of Sony YB laptops are 11.42 inch x 7.99 inch x 0.99-1.25 inch and powered with standart battery up to 6-hours of battery life. Sony VAIO YB thin and lightweight laptops is will be available for pre-order in February, 2011 at starting price for about $550 and with optional three-tone models with colorful lids, silver/gray bodies, and black bottoms.
